NGK AFRM voltage offset for lambda

Right now I have it set in the scanner as volts/5.333+0.526. Is that the correct offset. I just stuck it in the car for a few minutes and with no 02s I couldnt see it stabilize but when I was around lambda 1.0 the wideband screen would show up as something in the 14.14 range. I have lambda in the tune and in the scanner as 14.42. Does the voltage offset look right? The range is 9.0-20.0 afr and .5-4.5v. Part number 96604. Also what is the best method to make sure what hptuners is displaying as lambda is correct since everything is fluctuating slightly. Thanks
