08 Silverado 2500 ABS light after speedo recal

I re flashed an 08 Silverado after going from 31in tires to 36in using the gear/tire in the softwear. Now i have an ABS lights on in dash. I put it back to stock and there is no lights on? Is there somthing else i need to change as well? E38 pcm

FIX! Using the hptuners tire/gear calculator and hit apply then go over to the vss parameters and change the trans vss parameters back to stock. That was it no abs light and speedo is fixed. Lots of messing around to find that out!
