Regardless you'll need to re enter your map values under engine -diagnostic-

I did entered map values.... tryied even play with the numbers to get 100kpa with engine off... but nothing changed... the same DTC received. The car strats - works for a second or two and turns off... with that DTC... what else problem can be?

BUT, when i flashed back stock file without 2bar enhancement and simply put map linear for 2 bar - the car starts and worked just fine with my 2bar sensor on idle etc... im just not sure if it can read over 110kpa in this state without 2bar enhancement option? Or what exactly that Enhancement do at all except sensor calibration??

Sesnor must be miswired or wiring issue after install. Is it a good tight fit in the intake? Provide the part number of the 2 bar map sensor please.

Can you please ask the question again, having trouble understanding your issue, sorry.

Also still looking for the part number of the map sensor.

I meant we ran out our MAF sensor on about 5500rpm, its reached its maximum for about 500 g/s... so i was wondering if 2bar Map enhancement will help us to tune the car over 5500rpm... or we will need to upgrade our maf to LS3/7 one anyway...

For a Part number of 2bar map sensor - i dont have one, this is the one we bought
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/171059434803...803%26_rdc%3D1

Anyway im sure the problem is not in the map sensor itself, since it works just fine without that map enhancement! if im puting its MAP Linear for 190kpa in the Engine Diag section of stock tune map - it works just fine the same like stock sensor.

Thank you for the clarification. As you are running out of stock MAF you have 2 options....1) Scale the tune -- cut all airflow/IFR values by a common percentage i.e 25% or 2) Tune in Speed Density using VE, I will look into the MAP sensor next...

I may have had a few too many vodka's, but how could that store offer a single 2 bar map sensor as plug and play with every LS version out there...there were differences in the wiring I thought.....

    Vodka could help us )))))))))

As for map sensor - it doesnt looks like the wiring is other since if im using stock tune with only modification of Map linear - this 2bar map sensor works just fine and shows up to 150kPa up to 6500 rpm. So the question is, to make tune in Speed density after say 5000rpm, should i just prolong VE limit from 4000 to 7000 rmp and turn MAP off after say 11500 Hz value in the Engine Diag window?
