LS swap, what do people usually disable?

In a retro swap, what do people usually disable other than VATS and rear O2 sensors?

    Thanks.

There's a whole list of stuff. You're best bet is to go through the engine diag menus and see what you still have on the car.

For example, evap canister, EGR etc and just disable every diag associated with the items you don't have.

I did somewhat and this is the list I have:

I believe these can just be set to code 3 and disabled:

[] P0463 - Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit High (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[] P0522 - Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Circuit Low (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[] P0650 - Malfunction Indicator Light Control Circuit (Pending) (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[] P0654 - Engine RPM Output Circuit (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)

These are for my alt which isnt hooked up at the moment so I think they are ok:

[] P1637 - Generator L-Terminal Circuit (Pending) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[] P1638 - Generator F-Terminal Circuit (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)

These I am not sure if I need or not

[] P0443 - Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit (Pending) (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[] P0449 - Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit Intermittent (Pending) (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[] P0452 - Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low (Pending) (Old) (Current) (Immature)

Not sure if these will go away when I do my segment swap from 4l65 to 4l80

[] P0740 - Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit / Open (Pending) (Old) (Current) (Immature)
    [] P0785 - Shift/Timing Solenoid (Pending) (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[] P1689 - Delivered Torque Circuit Fault (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)

Thoughts? I just didnt know if there was anything else to disable to help with performance, cruisablility. Like Torque Management i have seen thrown around etc.

Can't help with the auto stuff.

On the evap stuff, I assume you ditched the whole evap canister and equipment? Then I would disable all those too.

OK, I am green to HP Tuners, but I do have the software and the harness. I would like to go ahead and disable these codes and also look and see that other codes I may or may not want to disable on this 65 Chevelle with a Speartech harness. Is there a tutorial or link where I can read about this piece? I have a final tune on the car, but if I could just disable these that would be great for me to learn and also not have to mess with contacting my tuner.
