1991 Chevy 454SS swap with 01 LQ4 2500 engine

hi guys,
in my workshop there is one old C1500 that need a little bit of TLC.
OEM big block is seized, but 4L80E transmission is freshly rebuild.
So I've on the way one LQ4 out of a 2001 Chevy 2500, throttle cable operated, ready to bolt on the 4L80E
the engine has lot of miles on it, so e needs a re-ring service
so while I'm on the way, I would like to swap the camshaft.
this will be a very low budget swap, factory heads, intake, bottom end, only custom CAI and headers.

what you can reccomend on the camshaft, since this will be a 2WD light truck?
I would like choppy idle... on the other detail I'm open to any suggest you've!

HP Tuners really isnt the place for these kinds of questions. I would recommend performance trucks.net or LS1tech. But I would personally suggest a 212/218 560ish.... that would run well.
