Help selecting PCM for Trans swap

Ok, car is a 2007 Shelby GT. I don't have the current PCM part number, but the strategy code is: FOAG0G3

Were swapping this cars 5r55 out for a th400.

Looking at matching year PCM's on fordparts.com I see several options for manual Trans PCM's. Just don't know if I need to select a specific one for any specific reason.

Here's the options I see available:
    7ZF2G80506 (TNJ2)
    7ZF2G80A06 (XZE2)
    7ZF2U80B05 (CUY2)
    7ZF2G80A21 (EVX1)

What's the difference between each and what info should guide my decision?

    Thanks in advance

I had an EVX1 in my coupe and it worked fine. I will be selling it as soon as I put it back to stock

I was thinking it would come down to "just pick one and use it", lol. Just didn't know if there were any differences between them besides any subtle calibration changes.

Let me know when you get close to doing this. Pretty sure our definitions do not have the Equizzer Software ID mapped out, and you will need to be able to change that, if you change calibrations. If the IDs are mismatched (and they will be) you will get a no start condition.

Wait, I thought that because of the file size of the stock auto pcm, we had to replace it altogether. Or does the equizzer need to be changed in the new pcm?

We're ready to go on this Eric.. could you clarify based on the last 2 posts above? If you're saying that we don't need to buy a pcm, I sure don't want to order one, lol.

Equizzer ID will need to changed in the replacement PCM, to match the Equizzer ID in the original PCM

It's one of the secondary safety nets of the electronic throttle system.
