2012 Mustang GT Fan Speed Logic

I see in the logs the engine goes down the fwy at 190F, but comes traffic, and i see the coolant going up to 212 and up to 221F for the most part.
If I wanted to use the fans to cool down the engine earlier in time, what should I adjust,
desired ECT (stock is 212F)?, or fan speed vc ECT table (is this fan duty cycle, for instance by 212F use 40% fan, and 221F use 100%? )? or combination of both ? for instance reducing the desired ECT to 205F, and increasing the 212F duty cycle to 60% ?

Made this modification hoping is ok, i'll flash it and see what the fan does, at least by ear / watching ECT pid, since I can't see if the FAN is on or not in the scanner yet

This worked great, temps are now around 203-210F in heavy traffic, the fan I can hear kicks in at around 210F and make the temp quickly drop to 201-203F area.
