Whats the most/biggest Cam shaft you could run using the 0411 pcm?

Bigger than what 95% of LT engines out there would need, IMO.

Really very few limitations from an NA standpoint.

I've tuned LT cars using stock LT PCMs that were in the 240's.

My recommended cam is in the 280 @ .050, will the 0411 pcm work with that?

Sure. I would run the 1 Bar SD custom OS for that one. It has an Alpha-N base VE modifier table that will help gain some resolution in the fueling because you'll have very little MAP to work with. Also the 0411 is only reall good to a little over 8000 RPM. What displacement is the engine?

I should say that there is no table resolution after 8000, but I think it will still run the engine above that.

That seems like a ton of cam for a 396. I hope you have a single plane on it. I'm not trying to question your intelligence, but are you sure that is @ .050 lift? Is it a COMP cam lobe? That's going to be a pretty healthy combo for a first timer.

    Where are you located?

That's what I mean. Definitely go with the 1 Bar SD custom OS.
