    Post the file.

Also what year truck, what fuel do you use?

With 89 octane, I rarely get knock in my 06 sierra and my 10 silverado.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

back down the timing some in the correct areas of your spark tables after doing a log and watching the areas where the retard shows up in the histogram.

This was started for the V6 crowd, but the basic principles should help you out a little.

first thing shut off torque management. sometimes torque management spark shows up as kr normally occurs when a shift happens. a stupid little thing i learned is (after u disable torque management TEMPORARILY )to back timing out of the low octane first and not then IF you need to subtract from the high table don't do not as much. A little goes a long way when backing it down. i found one degree in affected areas seemed to reduce it by threeish. but i am new to this.
