Jbody LD9 GM reflash AFR command above 100mph

I'm not new to tuning Jbody ECU's. I have just been messing with my M45 cavalier tune lately. noticed that above 100 the command starts dropping from my set 12.0 command.

Right at 100mph it drops to 11.8, then at 104mph it drops to 11.7, 105mph 11.6, 106mph 11.4, 109mph 11.3, 112mph 11.1, 114mph 10.9.

I'm assuming that we are missing a file that controls this.

Since my experience in other ecu's is limited can anyone tell me for sure that better GM ECU's have a table that changes command off MPH?
