when you go to the "Speedo" tab, under 'source', is it set to "Calibration" or GMLAN when you flash?

This should really be in the gen IV section but when you are saying that your mph is limited are you saying this is occuring during cruising, spirited acceleration, or at WOT?

What rpm is this occuring at as well?

We really need to see a log. I may know the problem but I need to know the conditions when this problem is occuring.

This is the usual speed limiter as I understand !
Is it related to RPM any way ?!
Truck doesn't go over 98 mph all the time .
Can the tire calibration help ?
If you still need a log I will take it ?
    Thank you in advance
