my truck LTFT bank 1 is different than my bank 2. bank 1 is 7.4 and bank 2 is 12.8 at idle. but when I give it throttle or cruise 60 mph, bank 2 becomes what bank 1 is. my STFT are exactly the same all the time.

You might have a small vacuum leak or exhaust leak on one side. Probably doesn't show up at part throttle.
check for exhaust leaks on the passenger side near the header collector, or wherever the closest joint is in your exhaust system to you O2 sensor.
