Knock Sensitivity Recommendations 24X LS2 with 0411 PCM

06 TBSS(installed in a 72 commando) LS2 (24x) just swapped to 0411 pcm/LS1 conversion so I now have the single pole knock sensors on the side of my block. I'm getting P0327 and P0332 on my second run cycle. Based on some reading I believe the issue is that I need to make the KR tune/numbers more sensitive. This is my first attempt at using HPTuners so if I gummed this up let me know. Log file is a short drive with up and down hill, best I could tell there isn't a specific PID to monitor the KR sensors so I left the config in default.
I'd like to know if I'm on the right track or if someone has solved a similar issue. Searching shows alot of occurances of this, but not alot of solutions.
Here's my tune, log and config:

Yeah, no one seems to have solved this one.

Looking at your tune though, you still have the knock sensor(s) set to 2. Change that to 1 and see what you get. Also play with the cylinder and engine options.

Will a 2001 sensor thread into your block? What part number is on the knock sensor you have?

Oh, and there is a table to record knock retard in the default histogram.

    HTH,
    Jason

I am still running two (single pin/pole) sensors

    I'll check that out.

part number 12589867 the thread dia is bigger so I installed them in unused motor mount bosses that were close to the factory knock sensor postions.

You need to look at your fuel trims first....they are way high which means the engine is running very lean.

Would a fuel trim reset be the first step to correcting this?

Well mowton is meaning that you need to adjust the tune to lower the fuel trims. If your fuel trims are a positive number you need to go into the editor and add fuel to the areas that it is lean. Resetting fuel trims are just going to zero them out and then they will start to adjust again. Trying to make itself run as best as it can.

Plenty of good info on this and other sites on how to tune MAF and VE.

You will have to reset the trims after you flash the new tune file to clear the trims and then log a while to get them to settle in based on the new tune file.

What are the part numbers for the Fuel injectors in this setup? Is there a cam? what are all the engine mods.....

Surprised you aren't throwing P0171/173 codes.

Injectors are: GM 12580681 (stock 2006 trailblazer ss ls2)
    Cam is: GM 12565308 02 and up Z06, Duration: 204/218 Lift: .550/.550 LSA: 117
Engine mods are: shorty headers, CAI, 160 t-stat, electric cooling fan.
    Throttle body is: 06 GTO LS2 90mm Silver-plate
0411 PCM, Throttle Pedal and TAC are 97-04 Vette
I downloaded a few stock files from somewhat similar engines, looking at the VE values they all seem to be lower than mine in my normal driving ranges.
only codes I've got were the knock sensors and I think I got that fixed.

That's what I thought....your injector data is not that of the stock TBSS......it is flat lined at 41.977???????? Fix that to the 29lb values in a stock tune and you trims should come back in line......

Changed injector flow rates to the proper stock 2006 TBSS values, reset the trims. Huge difference. Ed, thanks for getting me straight! Still have some work to do on the knock sensors codes, I got the MIL on the way home, but, at least its taking more cycles so I must be going in the right direction. scan is basically a repeat of the short drive scan in my first post.
    here's where I am now:

Finally feel like I'm getting close on the knock sensitivity values; it has taken a significant reduction in all knock sensor areas. I have reduced the global values to 25% of their original values (75% increase in sensitivity) and the tip in tps/rpm and rpm/cyl values at 50%...with these changes I finally logged my first KR event...I was actually excited to see it as I was beginning to wonder if both my new sensors were bad. You can compare my tune in my first post to this one to see just how much the knock values changed. The KR event is about the halfway mark (frame 3880) in the scan log.
It seems that moving these sensors from the valve train area to the outside of the block really makes a huge difference.
