po606 and p0607 codes after failed calibration write

so i went to go write a new calibration into my 2011 silverado and it failed in the middle of it. the truck went into reduced power and stabilitrack was shut off, at first it wouldn't start but after cycling the key it runs. i just got the scanner to locate the vcm after hours of trying it it had 3 codes

po606 ecm/pcm processor (ses)(history)(immature)
po607 control module performance (history)(immature)
po606 ec/pcm processor

i cleared the codes and tried opening my tune file in the editor and it says i the file isn't licensed so i cant attempt to do a full flash

I got the same codes plus P0601 after I did a read entire on my '11 silverado. They cleared and everything runs fine, but makes me leary to tune and upload.
