Have you disconnected the cannon plug and reset it? Can you actually feel the detents changing in the TCM? The 6L has a park paw, so it sounds like your not even getting to Park internally.
I had done a 6l80e tranny swap and couldn't get it to leave park. After endless hours, I realized that when I swapped TCMs, I accidentally knocked off the shift indicator inside the transmission.
