LS3 will not start

Hi there,

I have a GMPP LS376/480 that replaced a LS1 in my car. Occasionally, it just doesn't want to start. The engine will crank but will never start. The fuel pump has been replaced recently and I can smell fuel from the exhaust so I do not think it is a fuel issue. I just picked up HP Tuner and would like some advice on where to start troubleshooting.

I have attached an HPL file with some data while I was cranking the engine.
