Trying to read a 2015 F Series/6.2, but keep getting a negative response code when trying TC-1791/97. Any Ideas? I have E-Mailed Support as well.

Thanks again for your hard work Eric, what HP has been doing with the Ford platforms is good stuff!

Correct. It was an option for FWD with NA 3.5

I just saw the email from support that suggested either tri core or esys. Last time I was messing around and just starting from top of list for ford and work my way down and ended up got check engine light for commutation error and system incompatible

But have not try two suggested yet.

I'm trying to connect to 2 Raptors, years 2014 and 2010.

I'm having trouble to read that stock 2010 tune. None of the Ford hardware options seem to connect.
    2010 Ford F-Series, 6.2 L, 8 Cyl
    ECM: 7E8, CAN, PIDs: 42
    Calibration IDs: BBGN8J5.H32
    Pending Trouble Codes:
    Trouble Codes:
    Permenant Trouble Codes:
Scanning Methods: Mode 0x01 Functional, Mode 0x01 Physical, ISO 14230-3 Mode 0x22 None, Mode 0x23 4x2

First I had the same issue with that 2014 model but after some trial and error I noticed that after every failed attempt I had to re-open editor for some reason. Finally I got the tune to my laptop by choosing the Copperhead hardware.

Trying to read a BA XR6t won't recognise controller and none of the ones I've tried are working. Either I get a checksum error, can't save the file on completion or it encounters an error during reading. Using the new software.

I have a 2016 Ford F250 with a 6.2L but wasn't sure which ECM to choose. It showed BRBU1A7 code if that helps.
