    I've found what's previously mentioned has worked best - 15-20° range. Mine sits flat at 17°.

    mkriebs - did you do your idle MAF tuning when warm?

    Mine is 17° as well.

    I've seen best results at 15-18. 18-20 isn't bad. I would personally go lower and know that the split you have between the MS and the OS will also play a role on how the car acts.

    Bill, I did all the idle tuning in the summer. I think I will back down on the commanded advance and see what happens. I am going to start on a fresh tune in the spring anyway.

    Gas in Cali comes from Satan's butthole. MAF trims change by the tank between what gas station you go to, winter vs summer ethanol blends, etc. Nothing better than race gas. Trims are 0.2-0.3 no matter what without the ethanol.
