I've seen this stuff happen when the rear o2 sensors are deleted and not kept plugged in on 99-07 truck computers.
It's a cat test, and you can't turn it off.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Ive seen the "post O2 test" button on many I have tuned, but don't see it here...This is my personal truck, 427 LSX with Whipple 2.9 LS9 cam, LS3 heads, long tubes NO cats for many years
