need a copy of idle-airlfow config

i clicked on russ's idle airflow config but they wont open up on either my laptop or my computer.
I am looking for the correct config to use to set the base idle airflow table.

can someone post up a config with the idle airflow histogram ready to log.

i think i found it in the open folder part of the scanner in the histogram
