What version of software are you using?

Are you able to read any other 2013 mustangs?

You need to e-mail support and request access to 2.25.

I realize that, but its not available for download unless you ask or what is the protocol? I schedule a car based on the vehicle being supported...yet I cant tune it.

You only need to request it once and it will be made available on your customer page.

Prob should have done a little more research before scheduling a customer. Email [email protected] and request access to the 2.25 beta. Bill is quick to respond.
