Persistant Spark Knock under light accel.

New here with a quick question, probably something obvious that I'm missing because I'm sick of looking at this thing. I dropped a 2000 truck 5.3 in a 72 K5 Blazer (in my signature). The only things not stock on this as far as engine goes is exhaust and homemade CAI. Running with or wothout MAF does not seem to have an effect on the light load spark knock, but computer does not seem to be even trying to correct it from what I can tell. Stomp on it and this thing runs like a champ, idle seems to be decent, but if your running 65 and just ease on the throttle you go no faster, just get major spark knock. Need more experienced eyes PLEASE!

Not sure exactly where those 720's came from. Actually as I look through it again I see several values that are a mystery to me. Would I be better off returning to the stock file timing tables and adjusting from there if needed as opposed to trying to back it off from where it's at now?
