LS2 supercharger install, need some help

We are going to install Vortech supercharger kit to Corvett C6 LS2 engine 07". Please advise if there is any tuning tip to make a tune of Fuel maps for it and if we need to install 2bar Map sensor and if need to buy extra license for use 2 bar Map sensor enhencement option? or we will be able to tune Fuel with stock Maf and Map sensors?

On an LS2 if its stock with low boost you will be close to maxing out the MAF sensor. 10 pounds on the top end, or cam headers and it will be maxed out around 5K. You will need to do one of two things for proper fueling. Convert to a 2 Bar custom operating system and run a 2 Bar Map sensor or convert to an LS3/LS7 style MAF sensor and continue as is.

We plan to put 5+ psi of boost and LS9 camshaft probably with stock intake manifold. LS9 injectors as well. Will we max out stock MAF with this setup?

Dave Steck did a great writeup. Go to the injector dynamics site and you can find a link to it.

The 2 bar upgrade is now free. There is no reason not to use it.

That is absolutely true....either way will do it but free now makes it very appealing.

Get a gm ZR1 map sensor. Do a search here and you will find a part number. Then hit gmpartsdirect.com to order it. I wouldn't trust ebay for a critical sensor like that.

Zr1map won't work properly on e40 based pcm. We have to use the cobalt one.

Reason is -- E40 Map sensor scalar hardcoded at 255 kPa max (ZR1 = 312.5) and offset wont go negative (ZR1 = -11.25)

Wow, just started a thread on this same issue. 07 with and E38. Does a ZR1 sensor fit. I read it doesn't fit the manifold ?

What would you use for the e40?
What is the part number you're referring for the cobalt...
