difference than stock injectors mean that there characteristics are different meaning you need the proper data for them to run.

    deadtimes/latency
    scaled (size)
injector flow rate (rated at 3/4/5 bar)

    and so on...

the strange thing i found in the stock maps - is that Stock Flow Rate vs Volts table has all the way 1.0 multiplyers from 5 to 13 Volts. As far as i know for all aftermarket injectors flow rate should change depending on Volts

I assume main corrections we need to do are:
    1) Flow Rate vs Press - need to change injectors flow rate here
    2) Offset Press vs Volts - not sure yet where to get this numbers exactly
    3) Pulse correction: Short pulse limit - ?
    Short pulse adder - ?

I suppose we dont need to modify anything else right?

Make sure what ever injector you pick, the supplier has all the tuning data necessary to fill in the Injector tables in your tune, in the format you need. Without it its a crap shoot. Examples would be any of the injectors contained in current released GM tune files, Greg Banishes 1st DVD, Injector Dynamics, Bosch etc. DSteck has developed and generously offered for public consumption an injector data tool which will convert Ford Injector characteristic data to GM format, search and ye shall find. Last resort if anyone on the forums has used a particular part number/vendor and has developed "good" data, but I would leave this as you very last resort.

Tune repository and a 2009 and up ZR1 file will have the GM data. Use the attached to convert to E40 format for IFR. Interpolate other data to match LS2/E40 formats.

    Copy of EC_TUNE'S injectorscalels em3.xls
