    Misfire Cylinder Numbering?

I am scanning each cylinder for misfires. When I get into boost, I am showing misfires on Cylinder #6 on my 3800. What I am confused by is if this actually cylinder #6 as GM numbers the engine or the 6th cylinder in the firing order which would be cylinder #2. I have read that the cylinder firing order in HPT is for misfire detection but I cannot find it anywhere in my tune. Any help would be appreciated.

It's cylinder 6 that is the problem, not the order that it fires.

Thats the rear plug near the EGR, or furthest away from the timing cover on the back. Pull the plug or do a quick swap of a coil pack to see if the misfire moves cylinders.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
