Support, and much of the HPT staff is at SEMA in Las Vegas. Bill is checking e-mails though.
If you PM me your serial #, I can send you the application key ASAP.
We got this guy Not Sure, ...
I'm here, the SN you sent me didn't come up in the system so I had to forward the email to our sales manager who will need to look into it further once he's back from sema.
