ID 2000 cc injector flow rate

    Hi guys,

im using id 2000 injectors in my 2002 comaro and the maximum injectors flow rate i can set is 32 g/sec.

is there anyway that i can increase it more than that to meet the injectors limit which is 33.30 g/sec?

You are very close to the limit whereas you could get away with maxing out up top. I would be more concerned about the maximum airflow limits of the MAF and G/cyl based on your requirement for so much fueling......unless you are running E85 or straight ethanol ;-)

The serious answer is you will need to scale the tune (search for this process on the forum).

What is your setup for these injectors.

I have Camaro 2002 project for twin turbo and lsx engine with id2000 cc

my problem is the maximum injectors flow rate i can set is 32 g/sec and I want to set more than 32

my friend have EFI Live when he tune same ecu he can set injector flow rate to any digit min 0 max 511 g/sec

but I try in hptuner only min 0 max 32 g/sec that in same ecu

I want to finish my project ASAP to start engine

I would assume you will have a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator?
If so, you can run up to 62 psi base pressure, in which case the injectors will flow just shy of 32 g/sec, or 250 gal/hr.
Those are huge. How much HP are you trying to make?

ID site data says 33.+ at 400 kPa (58 Psi) fuel pressure so he is slightly over according to that data. Again, you are going to either have to run in Speed Density and tolerate the 1.36 g/cyl limit (IIRC) or scale the tune to get back some high end spark control...Running MAF will surely require scaling as the limit is only 512 g/sec...

take it easy, everything can be solved inshalla.

now with key on engine off can you scan so we can see whats going on and during that scan start engine in the same log.

if you have a fuel pressure regulator boost reference. your IFR table needs to be flat.

also make sure your injector deadtimes and minimum pw is correct.

looking at the tune briefly seems like the data is not correct

The transient min fuel milligrams is still stock...that's not going to let you bring down the pulsewidth at idle. I don't remember how to properly calculate that but that number will need to be much lower with those injectors.

Don't. It's been a week since last post.

    We already know.

    Just kidding.

Threads with no feedback from the OP (original poster) are rather boring. So often they end like this. But I guess it isn't anything unusual. :-)

Use the attached file. I went ahead and set up the injector data properly for you. Use 58psi as your base fuel pressure (I assume you use a boost referenced system).
