    Scanner stops logging at 158mph

Is there any way to get the scanner to log above 158mph????? I race half mile and 1 mile events with a lot of my customers, and need data for speed past 158.

That's the limit of the 1 byte speed parameter.

If there isn't also a manufacturer specific speed parameter for your application, you'd have to resort to user defined PID that scales RPM to speed. You could use GPS data to get a correct scaling factor for #'s above 158mph which would then account for tire growth, etc..
