    We're still finishing up the final firmware. Once we have it, we SHOULD be ready to release at last something, 1-2 weeks time frame.

    ...even if that is the case, the new firmware will still work with 2.24 in the event of bugs/problems with the 2.25 software during development?

    The firmware will be updated in both 2.24 and 2.25 at the same time. To use the new beta, you'll have to also use the newest 2.24

    Hell, I dream about it.. and I'm not kidding either. This using SCT to datalog fords, then tune in hptuners sucks.

    Yes.

    VCM Scanner will only be able to log SAE PID's so keep this in mind until 2.25 Scanner is released.

    What does this mean? and most importantly will it log knock?

    When the 2.25 Scanner is released I'm going to throw a party! Tuning my new S550 should be much easier when it's out! If there is anything I can help with, please let me know.

    Tuning the new fords in general will be awesome w/ 2.25 scanner. I'm looking forward to seeing what mapped points etc we are running in. I had made mention of that in another thread and was told that that will be something else that we'll get w/ 2.25. Given that the s550 has even more mapped points than the s197 that's gonna help those out a ton.

    The 2.25 scanner is the last piece of the puzzle for us. It will improve logging on every Ford we support.
