    Year/Model Licensing ?

    Just got my HPTuner a couple days ago, and my first post on here, although my brain is about to melt from the past month of reading these boards. One thing I haven't found any clarity on though is the Year/Model licensing. My question is....

    If I have a 2001 Silverado 2500HD, 6.0, 4x4, and buy the year/model license, will this allow me to program ALL 2001 Silverado's, regardless of weight class (ex. 1500, 2500, 3500) or V8 engine size (ex. 4.8 - 8.1)?

    Or am I stuck to unlimited 2500HD with 6.0?

    in the case of this you'd be able to tune an unlimited amount of 2001 silverado AND sierra v8(excluding diesel) with the year/model license.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Excellent! That's what I was looking for. I have 2 to do right off the bat, with several more possible, but I didn't want to waste credits on a year/model on the first 1 (2500 6.0L) if it wasn't going to include the 2nd (1500 4.8L).
