LSA tuning wot throttle percent

hello, I was tuning a cts-v with a 2.55 upper pulley, whenever i go WOT the max tps percentage i see is around~89 IIRC
I want to verify if this is the max tps percentage reading on these vehicles or if the ECM is controlling the blade to regulate boost pressure? currently seeing a 180 kpa value at WOT which leads me to believe its around 12 lbs of boost, up from the factory 8 i believe.

car ran a best of 12.2 @ 117 mph in 77 degree weather 2000 DA. Not sure if thats right, need to put it on a dyno.

88-89% is WOT for that car/ECU.
