I downloaded 2.24 just now, but have had this problem for a couple downloads. When I have the scanner open and connected, the scanner will not begin scanning when I press spacebar like it used to. Is there a setting I need to change in the scanner? Or is this my laptop? Is anyone else having this problem?

Catnip...........insure you have the Gauge window open and active when you hit the spacebar.
FWIW! When I tap the spacebar on mine it takes about ten seconds for it to start. I'm using a Gateway laptop with an Intel Centrino processor, 2GB RAM & Win7Pro OS................it's slow to respond, but works.
Yeah gauges are always active on my scanner. I waited forever and it still won't begin recording.
