    2.5bar LSJ map sensor issues on LE5 with Saab intake mani

    HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !

    I installed Saab intake mani and am using the LSJ 2.5bar MAP sensor with IAT.
    I was told to make this change for the new LSJ map, engine-diagnostics-
    MAP SENSOR LINEAR= 270.59kpa and
    MAP SENSOR OFFSET= -3.30kpa.

    I did a WOT 2nd gear pull and my MAP kpa reading is only 145kpa this at 11psi.......hmmmmmmm

    Where as before with 2bar MAP at 10psi I got readings of 175kpa.... which makes sense to me but not the above.

    what have I DONE WRONG ?

    any info is greatly appreciated !

    I don't have the number, but it is the 2.5bar LSJ T-MAP sensor.
    Got from ZZP when I purchased the Saab intake mani, just like the one below.
    hope that helps, can't find the # its under the manifold.

    Thanks

    extend precision out to full length on each sector and paste these in. sometimes accuracy makes or breaks ya.
    linear= (270.58593750)
    scalar= (-3.29687500)
    thats the true values. now it may be off a tad each one is slightly different but if you tune away everything will correct itself.

    It's a multi input calculation. If you adjust everything back to perfect the values will shift.

    Ok did a check KOEO and reading is 72kpa,
    so I contacted the supplier and am now told this is a LNF sensor. 3.3bar ???
    So I was told to enter this set of #'s 329.45 and -6.35.
    I did and now KOEO reading is 85kpa.
    Tried to get my phone down there for a pic of it......didn't work.

    Hope to get another e-mail tomorrow.

    Thank You.

    I am going to pull it out tomorrow (paininthe) and verify the # for sure, I do know that it is a Bosch MAP.

    Your numbers are correct for an LNF with this sensor from what I have found.
    The numbers they gave me are correct for this 3.3bar sensor in my LE5. My weather geek friend came by and he did a check for me using his weather info and baro pressure today here was 87.9kpa and his vehicle showed 88kpa. After work I had a KOEO reading of 86kpa and I checked my G8 GXP just now and it had a reading of 86kpa.
    So I think I'm good now......back to tuning.

    Booster I can't remember your name, but Thanks Again for your help !
