I've had this surge for a while and just lived with it. I don't want to anymore. It is a part-throttle surge around 1400-1700RPM both around 25-30mph and around 40-45mph. It seems to happen worse when letting off the throttle once I reach the desired vehicle speed. Anyone have ideas? My MAF is dialed in well. Down to +/-1%. I have already tried things and here's what hasn't worked.
OL vs CL. Open loop does nothing to remedy.
O2 switching voltages. Didn't expect it to do anything but tried anyway. Have since put it back to stock.
Removed 2-3* timing from surge problem area rpm/airflow
Throttle follower values.
Attached is a config and a log. The MAF error isn't perfect on this log but it shows the rpm surge better than any of the other logs I have. I logged tons of table display stuff too. Is this mechanical???
