    Question on ID1000 settings?

    I have put in the numbers from ID and the car does not run properly. It is a return style system and I used the numbers from the 400kpa columns as suggested. I can get the car to idle but when you try to bring in the rpm it goes very lean. I have over 100 in the VE table before 2,800 rpm. Even with these artificially high numbers in the VE table it is still lean. It has a 3bar OS and I am just trying to get the injector data correct so I can start tuning. Also I can change the IFR to 57 and the numbers are decent and I can make it work. I would just like to use the correct data and have a good starting point. MAP sensor is working properly. Any ideas?

    Car is a 2003 Corvette with a 403,YSI Blower, Heads, Cam, Fast Intake, Nick Williams Throttle body, Return style fuel system

    If you post your tune, I can look at your settings. I'm running the ID1000 in my turbo setup.

    You say return style system, but is it manifold referanced?

    Your injector settings are correct.
    You will need to change the Min Fuel Milligrams. See below.
    Also, in the Engine diagnostic settings, set up the P0101, P0102 and P0103 DTC as shown.
    Lastly, Zero out the info in the MAF table, I'm assuming you aren't running a MAF.

    A data log of what it's doing would be helpful as well.

    mecanicman- Yes return style through aeromotive regulator that is boost referenced.

    RonSSnova- Thanks for taking a look at it and I will try those changes and yes it is a custom OS 3Bar with no MAF

    Also noted that you have it in closed loop. I assume you are tuning via stft?
    Are the injectors all you changed? Or is this a new setup?
    Verified fuel pressure is set to 58 while it's not running?
    Do you have a wide band connected?

    Had multiple problems including trying to figure out NW102 TB. Also even though the ecm allowed that size injector to be entered I ended up scaling because ran into the p0068. Found help on forum with that. Lots of work with the ETC scaler and still getting it zeroed in. Thanks for all your input.
