    24X LT1 Idle Issues

    Hello,

    I am new to HPTuners, and new to tuning EFI in general. I bought the tuning school package to try and sort out the 24X converted LT1 in my 67 Camaro. Currently, I am having idle issues. The car never really matches commanded idle rpm on a cold start or in OL in general. Once it reaches CL it will idle for some time at the commanded rpm (750), but then eventually will sink back to around 550 rpm. Its a 383, AFR heads, 232/237 @ 112 cam, 4l60e, 85mm MAF. The TPS voltage is .65 at idle. The TB does not bypass the LT1's Idle air system. Plugs are indicating rich, and it smells rich. I used the scanner to command AFR a bit leaner- up to 16:1 at idle, but it still would not run correctly. I also noticed timing is way off of my commanded timing only at idle. A scan indicated this is happening due to "startup retard." Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
