Serial number help

trying to update my HP tuners, but cant find my serial number any where, is there any body that I can contact to help me?

it should be on the back of youre hp tuners (interface box)

I've tried that 10 digit number, but it doesn't work,, I remember entering a larger serial number during initial set-up.

then you are referring to your application key, not your serial number, which would've come in your box and is also located on your customer page www.hptuners.com/customers
