Off the Injector Dynamics web site, selecting the "Return Style System" tab and plugging in 4 bar pressure (58.015psi) you will get the following numbers:
    Code:
    Breakpoint (lbm/cyc) 0.000027
    Hi Slope (lbm/sec) 0.031774 * 3600 = 114.3864 lb/hr
    Low Slope (lbm/sec) 0.035023 * 3600 = 126.0828 lb/hr
    Minimum Pulse Width (sec) 0.000272 * 1000 = 0.272ms

    15.00	0.001107 *1000 = 1.107 ms
    14.00	0.001215 *1000 = 1.215 ms
    13.00	0.001346 *1000 = 1.346 ms
    12.00	0.001497 *1000 = 1.497 ms
    11.00	0.001682 *1000 = 1.682 ms
    10.00	0.001974 *1000 = 1.972 ms
    8.00	0.002987 *1000 = 2.987 ms
As you can see I have done the conversion for the numbers to put into a Ford tune. Note for the slope values you could have cycled through the units in HP tuners to get the same values used in the ID spreadsheet.

You should check I have copied the numbers correctly yourself and validate them. I would love to use these injectors but cannot.

When it comes to ID injectors, don't hesitate to email the guys there. They generated custom data for my L67 (3.5 Bar system) and I ended up with copy and paste simple numbers.

If u cant work out the very simple values i feel u have bigger issues than copy n pasting

The id website has a brilliant "plug n play" calculator where it spits out all the data you need to get you running

BUT ! This is not your final figures, you still need to scale them in correctly otherwise your lambda table will not be correct for one nor will your LHIT/ cruise be accurate

When you start asking for things that are more than available and to cut n paste it shows that the understanding is lacking a bit and may just run with posted scalers that is in fact very un cool for obvious reasons

Hi DarrylC , your maths is TOTALLY correct I love my cut'n'paste feature I'm getting better with age.
