As I am new member and just bought the HP tuner 6021 pro and I am from middle east saudia Arabia
What shall I do to get started ?
I knew my Q is regular but when I was browsing in the site I got confuse and I don't know from where should I begin ?
I am asking for how to unboxing and getting started ?

There should be a instruction sheet in the box for getting started. Tells you the install features and how to get that up and running.
Then after that play around with the editor and scanner and get used to it and have at it.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
