Help with strange problem

Hi!
Ok let's get this story short
I had a corvette c5 with lxs and F2 procharger setup and it worked perfect with 1200hp. This year we installed this engine exactly the same setup in a corvette c6 -05 (new race car). The only differens is that now we run with the maf sensor to (old car just the map sensor),and -05 ecu.
Now to the problem,
It works great at full throttle all the way up but in the middle register is runs bad. In the log we can see that after 80kpa in intake pressure it starts to increase a lot of feul for no reason.
My tuner is very good but we can't find the reason for this in the tune.

Any idees and tips?
Can post the log if someone wants to check it.
