How accurate is Commanded Lambda pid?

So I did a scan yesterday. My commanded lambda was .78 at WOT. Same tune today except a change to my MAF curve my commanded lambda was .99. Since this is just a PID I am curious as to how accurate this information is?

Wideband is definitely going to be on the way, but for right now just curious if I should be worried or not.

    Thanks!

What I've found is if you change the maf in the area of wot it greatly affects the lambda, regardless of what's being commanded. This is on an 11 coyote.
