Lean at start of commanded pe and rich between shifts?

Just looking for some input as to why is it that when I go WOT it takes the wb a bit to catch up to the commanded AF. Sometimes if I ease into WOT the wb keeps up much better, but if I mash it it's usually quite behind.

My other issue is between shifts the wb will normally end up going a bit rich and usually works its way back to the commanded, is there something I'm missing here? Maybe its due to the TM pulling timing?

Car is a 09 cts v, currently has 4.5 intake and headers otherwise stock.
