My old on3 is trashed i had the 76mm ball bearing one.. my friend has a full ball bearing garrett .95 ar hes trying to sell me it does have the coolant into the turbo too not sure if i could just cap it but i could always run some lines up to it.. I have a stock lq4 with valve springs running e85 trying to get about 12lbs of boost or so somewhere in the neighborhood of 600 crank is what im shooting for with the least amount of lag possible.. Anyone with any insight would be appreciated as I dont know much about selecting turbos..

the on3 journal replacements are 3 weeks out still as well and this good used garrett one would be about the same price as a new 76 on3 bb that just came apart..
