    TPS not staying at 0%

I'm trying to get my idle issues ironed out... To do this I had to adjust the throttle blade screw, and slot the mounting holes for the TPS sensor... I have my TPS voltage at .47v with the throttle blade closed and the key in the run position... I also did a TPS reset after adjusting it...

So when I start the car and let it idle, the engine will intermittently jump up a few hundred RPM and so does my TPS% and TPS voltage jumps up to about .53v, you can see the Idle log file... I am also getting a code for P01021 TPS sensor range/perfomance....

I bought the sensor new about 2 yrs ago for another car I built which didn't get very much use at all, I would consider it a brand new sensor still... The only other thing I have noticed was a code for the generator L terminal, could that be causing my sensor voltage to jump around? or is the sensor bad?
