5.3 to 6.0 swap PCM question

I just finished a swap from my 03 silverado to a 05 6.0 LQ4 with trans from H2. I have the hptuner pro. I want to keep the original pcm
from my 5.3 so vin matches etc.I'm wondering if i can actually plug the pcm into my truck from the 05 H2 only to read the factory tune for both the
6.0 and trans being they are a match. save it, then put the original 5.3 pcm back in. compare the two in the VCM editor and make the changes there and
rewrite? can anyone tell me if this is the best way to go about it?

You should or just go to the tune repository and find the hummer tune and copy that way. I just looked in the tune repository and there is a stock 6.0 H2 tune.
