That particular tune will be impossible to find. Are you just trying to run a standard shift behind a 4.8 or 5.3 from the truck? If so, all you need to do is run the automatic trans tune and turn off the related DTC's. My 92 GMC has a 2002 5.3 in it with the stock tune running a 5 speed standard behind it. It all works fine.
