Idle stall on reverse while turning?

Ok guys, this is driving me crazy. No matter how perfect I get my idle, Raf and timing, the truck occasionally dies when letting off the throttle in reverse with steering at full lock. What tables should I be focusing on for this issue? 2005 sierra, lq4, 243 heads, 224r cam, lt's, no cats, custom cai, 07+ intake/tb/injectors, x link...

I've seen that reverse idle acts differently than forward idle,
in terms of stability, but have never figured out why. I thought
there might be some table that has D/OD and R separate, but
don't see anything that looks to relate to idle directly. Could
be, though, that it's more about shaft loading (power steering
adds to) and maybe there's something about the trans settings
that has more pump load applied, R vs D, or something. You
might still look at what desired airflow is doing - if desired is
the same and behavior is not, that would implicate some load
or mixture / timing related deal. And you could observe those
(probably in existing scans?) case-vs-case: what differs?

I would look in to adding some more throttle follower.

Adding airflow to the Idle proportional airflow (low) tables fixed this for me.
