After hours of logging this will create a good starting point. My E67 (2012 ZL1) wants to run from 112 to 140F on injector temp.

To create usable values I take and subtract the value in the 140F column from every thing above it and then take the same cells and multiply by .7. Everything 140 and below I Zero out.

This will cause some extra fueling to happen during warm up but the MAF cal and SD will be correct for normal operating temps. I filter all air calcs so they only log 110 to 145F on injector temp and then I do not have to worry about my data on Rich-After-Flash. I have some formulas that give actual pulse width numbers to plug into cells but they are not yet 100% reliable. The above seems to be SAFE (no new lean conditions) and alleviate 90% of the rich after flash issue.

The only one that change with the fuel value was injector tip temp. Sent that data in a table form to HPT with fuel variance by temp. They took that data and found the table and published it for a couple of test ECMs. Good news is we can stop wasting time.
Do you have the config set up to log this?
