Issues trying maf only LS2 w maggie tuning

I am getting an oscillation in the map readings and the throttle position when the map maxxes out.Is there a table that would be limiting the throttle position when the map maxxes out? Am I nuts for trying to do a maf only tune with a mp112 blower and a tick performance blower cam? I have attached my tune if anyone would like to chime in. I have tuned a half a dozen cam and other bolt on cars but never anything with boost.
