GT500 Max Boost Shut Down

2011 GT500. The car has been at 18 pounds of boost with no problems spinning to 6500. Just upped the boost to 21psi, now the car hits 20.5 psi at about 5500 and the car shuts the boost down. Boost goes from 20.5 at 5500 almost straight down on its way to 6500. It still pulls to 6500 not hitting a limiter, just dropping boost and power to the end. What do I need to change to keep the boost from dumping off.

Thanks Russ, The vehicle in question is a 2011 and it is not equipped with the same tables. I did notice with what little I could log, the engine load is hitting about 2.08. I was hitting about 1.8 with the old pulley combination. I would assume by the way the car acted on the dyno, that Iam reaching a load limit from some place in the tune and that the throttle is closing choking off boost, but allowing the car to keep pulling to redline.
